SKIPTON ROAD • COLNE
Complete Property Refurbishment & Open-Plan Transformation
A complete property refurbishment in Colne, taking the house from its original condition through every stage of the transformation. The project included a full rip-out and rewire, creation of an open-plan kitchen and dining area, first-fix joinery and plastering, followed by the design and installation of a new kitchen and bathroom with fitted appliances.
The property was then fully decorated, fitted with new carpets and furnished throughout, creating a completely finished home ready for occupation.

Full House Refurbishment & Attic Conversion
A complete refurbishment of this Burnley property, including the conversion of the attic to create valuable additional living space. The project transformed the original three-bedroom house into a four-bedroom home while upgrading the property throughout.

Complete Refurbishment & Open-Plan Transformation
A full-house refurbishment in Great Harwood incorporating major internal alterations to create an open-plan downstairs layout. The project included structural steel installation, a new bathroom and kitchen, complete electrical works, plastering, painting and comprehensive first and second fix joinery.
